Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • • The product is damaged during shipping, or
    • A wrong product is delivered to you.

Conditions

  • • Customers must notify TSA within 48 hours of delivery about any issue.
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided to support the claim.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

Refund Process

  • • Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exclusions

  • • Customized products (such as personalized nameplates) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or wrongly delivered.
    • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to material characteristics or screen display differences are not considered defects.
